The GTA Online Criminal Enterprise DLC for GTA Online was released on July 26 One of the biggest changes in this update is the theft system, which ties in with the horrors of Cayo Perico.
Cayo Perico Heist has a 3 day reset time
After this latest GTA Online update, all Heists will be adjusted to the same reset time of 1 game day (48 minutes) when played as a team.
However, the robbery of Cayo Perico was reduced to 3 days or 2 hours and 24 minutes. Also, after stealing a high-value primary target from the Cayo Perico Heist final, targets will be less visible for the next 3 days, while secondary targets increase.
The purpose of this change is to remove the ability for players to only do the Cayo Perico Heist to get rich. They also have to perform normal cooperation functions.
Missions for high bonuses in GTA Online criminal enterprise

Rockstar has increased the minimum cut for Finale Missions, now to 15% per participating member. This means the host no longer owns a large percentage. The role of teammates becomes more important.
